Curbelo on The Voice
During The Voice Season 20, Madison, 18, auditioned with the song “Don’t Worry Be Happy.” Unfortunately, she could not cross the audition round. Interestingly, she auditioned for American Idol and earned a golden ticket.
She returned in The Voice Season 25 and impressed all four coaches with a bilingual version of “Stand By Me” by Ben E. King. Dan + Shay impressed by Madison with her charismatic and bright voice became her coach.
She made it to the top 6 by singing “Landslide” by British-American rock band Fleetwood Mac. Now, she will compete with Karen Waldrup, Bryan Oselen, Tae Lewis, Zoe Levert, and Nathan Chester, to secure the top spot.
